A Taiwanese woman I know had long ago recommended this Chinese dumpling restaurant. As an antidote for our recent blustery weather, I decided to indulge in a comforting taste of home. I was greeted by a gentle-voiced older Chinese woman who made me a pot of Pu-erh tea with chrysanthemum blossums and a mixed plate of dumplings (pork, shrimp and chives; tender lamb). Although I've never had nor come across the lamb variety, it was absolutely delicious. Both were actually. Plus I especially liked the surprise (pork or lamb?) that awaited each bite.

Today I watched the Olimpic games opening ceremony at WOK SHOW in the GREIFENHAGENER. What can I say?! The cerimony was memorable,and the food (particularly dumplings ) was great and served in a really warm and artistic environment. The best Chinese restaurant I have ever been. Greetings.
